Hi my name is Angie! I am a stay at home mom of two littles ages 4 and 5 and feel very lucky to be able to be able to stay home and take care of them. I also help my husband with the office side of his ever growing excavation company and am a nutrition and fitness consultant on the side. When I’m not helping hubby, or chasing after the kids, I’ve dedicated my time to helping women reach their fitness and weight loss goals through online groups that I have set up. I am a foodie at heart, but also a fitness fanatic. I have made it a personal goal of mine to reinvent as many recipes that are old favorites to be more pleasure and less guilt. 🙂 But I don’t mind slipping in a few old, tried, and true comfort foods. I look forward to sharing my recipes with all of you and hope you enjoy trying them as much as I’ve enjoyed creating them!
I’m a first generation blogger and super foodie! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think that there is a single person in my family that doesn’t like to eat, but I am the first to make it my mission to, maybe not change the world, but change as many recipes as I can to be a little more guilt free, and a little healthier than what mom and grandma use to make. I eat with my eyes before I ever taste food so appetizing photos of my recipes are on the top of my list when it comes to making people drool. 😉

Before I ever reached this point I was inspired by a lot of other female food bloggers that have made their way up from the bottom to being the successful front page food blogs that we see popping up all over the place today.
