In the spirit of February, we are going to combine Heart Month, and Valentine’s Day, along with another amazing giveaway that you will love, and is good for your heart. There is nothing better than simple, healthy, organic fuel to give you some energy and pump up your blood flow. This recipe is filled with plant protein, energy, and healthy fats. And it is a really pretty pink color, everything tastes better when it is pink. So, here we go!

Protein shake with Oriya Organics Summit EnergizerI can’t lie, there isn’t a whole lot to this protein shake. It is simple, straight to the point, and ah-mazing. I used vanilla pea protein, but you can use any vanilla protein powder that you love. (Check with me on why I don’t use Whey protein if you have any questions.) When it comes to the chia seeds, pick your favorite brand. I happened to have white chia seeds on hand and that is what I used. And of course, there is no substitute for the Summit Energizer. It is one of a kind and made to work with your body. Love yourself, and show your sweetheart how much you love them, with this pretty pink protein shake bursting with energy, then you can sit back, relax, and enjoy!

How do you take your beets?

My Heart “Beets” for You Protein Shake

2 servings


2 cups unsweetened vanilla cashew milk

86 grams vanilla protein powder (I used pea protein)

2 scoops Oriya Organics Summit Energizer

2 Tablespoons chia seeds

A handful of ice


In a blender combine your cashew milk, protein powder, Oriya Organics Summit Energizer, and ice

Blend until combined

Toss in the chia seeds; blend lightly
