When Life Happens ……
I am really excited to write today’s review! I have gotten to know Wendie, AKA The Pantry Doctor, over the last few months and she is just a sweet heart. She is a RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist), a healthy lifestyle coach,and she knows her stuff. She is the creator of Pantry Doctor overnight oats and they are…. How do I put this? Crazy good! Plus, they are all organic, and Non-GMO. Yes, we can make our own, and I will have a post on overnight oat preps in the future, but Wendie’s oats are filled with super foods that take overnight oats to the next level. Each type of oats is engineered to meet specific needs in your life.

Imagine a morning like this….. you hit snooze one too many times so you skip the shower and take a fragrance “shower”, your extra-large coffee spills on your only pair of tan pants when the dog jumps up to be let out (Seriously, why can’t the kids let the dog out?), so an entirely new outfit has to be picked out (and let’s face it, that shirt you meant to iron last week is still laying over the back of the chair), the kids don’t want to put on their shoes (And if we are realistic we know that they can only find one shoe of each pair), and you are about ready to have a meltdown. At this point you are already calculating in your head if you have enough time to run into the gas station for one of the doughnuts that they are putting out for the second day in a row, and then you remember, your breakfast is already in the fridge and just waiting for you to grab it out. You just avoided a sugar crash and a morning full of sluggish regret. You have a breakfast filled with amazing ingredients to meet your physical and mental needs.
Will having some overnight oats in the fridge make the kids stop arguing, the coffee brew any faster, or the shirt iron itself? No, I didn’t say that they were magic. 😉 But having a healthy meal at your fingertips that is ready to go can change the tune of your entire morning, and help keep your energy up throughout the rest of the day until you have to figure out lunch. (Hey, make two! They work for any meal.)
My absolute favorite, and I could literally eat it every single morning, is STRESS LESS. This amazing combo is rolled oats, dried cherries. pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and cacao nibs. I used unsweetened cashew milk, a little Sugar 2.0, and topped it with some peanut butter, and felt absolutely amazing after eating it. The other two I tried were ENERGEE (It turns blue, thank you, spirulina) and IMMUNITEE (Gotta love anything with bee pollen in it!) There is also VITALITEE (It contains green matcha), BEAUTIE (This one contains hemp seeds and is on the top of my list for my next try.), BRAINEE (Oh, the dried blueberries, I’m anxious for this one too.), and PERFORMANCE BLEND (This is the one that will rock the world of those who love whey protein).
