Goodbye Kentucky…..
Ok, it is break time, there isn’t any way around it. First of all, I would like to apologize for my lack of posts, and new recipes, over the last month or so. (Time is going so fast it is hard to tell how long it has been.) We will finally be moving this weekend so packing is in full swing, all of my pots, pans, and bake-ware are packed keeping me from even trying to sneak in a new recipe before the move. I should be all unpacked, and back in full swing with a bunch of new recipes by the first week of November, just in time for the holidays!

In saying that I would like to thank all of my readers for your patience, and remind those of you who aren’t yet following me on Facebook, that there is daily activity there despite the chaos. Today I just wanted to check in, let everyone know that the blog is still alive, and leave you with a few of my favorite recipes before we leave Kentucky. I hope that some of them are your favorites, too!
BREAKFAST
Blueberry Coffee Cake Muffins
While I don’t generally eat muffins for breakfast, or even recommend them, I would make an exception for these little babies.
LUNCH
This is, hands down, one of the easiest, most indulgent lunches (breakfasts, brunches, dinners, linners) you can make!
DINNER
Hassleback Chicken Cordon Bleu with Honey Mustard Dressing
This looks, and tastes, like a million dollars, but is so super easy. It will impress even your harshest critic.
DESSERT
Last, but not least, a quick, and impressive, chocolatey dessert. You can share, or maybe just keep it for yourself.
I currently have a running list of requests for when my “test kitchen” is back up and running. What would you like to see me create before the end of the year?
Safe travels sis. Hope all goes well with NO breakdowns. Have a fantastic day and keep on with the awesome foodie blog. Love you
