With so many people trying to keep up with their New Year’s resolutions they have been asking me what is easy, and healthy, to eat for breakfast. These are an awesome and quick go to! You can’t beat having a healthy breakfast that you can make ahead and reheat all week long! Serve them along side some nice, steaming old fashioned oats, or a piece of whole grain toast, and you can sit back, relax, and enjoy!

I don’t think that I know a single person that ever has enough time in their day. It seems like people are going all the time! Meetings, kids’ soccer games, ballet recitals, parent teacher conferences, work, travel, sitting in traffic!
