10 Simple Desserts That Look and Taste Amazing……

Well, it is finally here, Christmas eve, which means you STILL have time to make some extra special desserts to wow your family tonight, or tomorrow. I threw together a list of 10 of my favorite dessert recipes that are simple to make, yummy to eat, make you look like a culinary genius, and can be made with items you probably already have in your fridge and pantry. I mean, let’s be honest, not very many people want to go to the store on Christmas eve, they just want to stay home and relax. So, let’s make some desserts and get ready to relax and enjoy!

I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Don’t spend your entire Christmas in the kitchen, spend it with those that you love. Really take the time to sit back, relax, and enjoy what is the most important to you!

These little cheesecakes are so cute, and so easy to make. I love how the sugared cranberries look like they are covered in sparkly snow!

Creamy Vanilla Rice Pudding

This is one of my husband’s favorite desserts. I took an old favorite and lightened it up a bit. It does take an hour to cook, but you can be doing other things while you are waiting. It is worth it!

Another baked treat that I lightened up. This is for the chocolate lovers in your life.

Sweetheart Cherry Braid

Cheesecake? Pie? Why not both? I combined cherry cheese cake and a pie crust braid to make an amazing looking, and tasting, pastry. (Another absolute all time favorite of my hubby.) You will wow them all!

This is the recipe is for the simpler dessert lover, it is the mother to the Sweetheart Cherry Braid. Still yummy!

Gooey Fudge Rolls

You may have a few that don’t like cinnamon rolls, although I can’t imagine, but for those who are more on the fudgy side these rolls are what you need to make. Super yummy, super easy, and super gooey!

I don’t know about anyone else, but we eat pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving AND on Christmas. So, if you are one of those people who like to do two holidays with pumpkin pie this is a great recipe for you.

These minis are a lightened up version of the old classic, and they are tiny so you can eat a few without any guilt. Plus, they are super simple to make!
